Our team checks your insurance or Medicaid coverage, including GAPP eligibility, before anything starts. We handle the insurance questions so you do not have to.

Your Child's Doctor Provides an Order

We coordinate with your child's physician to get the care orders and documentation in place. You do not need to manage this yourself.

We Match Your Family with the Right Care Team

We take time to match your child with a nurse or therapist who fits their needs, schedule, and personality.

What to Have Ready

Before You Call

You do not need everything ready to reach out. But having this information handy makes the process faster:

Helpful to Have:

Your child's Medicaid ID number (if applicable)
Private insurance card and member ID
Your child's primary care physician's name and contact
Your child's diagnosis or a brief description of their needs
Any current care orders or physician documentation (if you have them)
Your child's date of birth and age
